CLEARiT minimizes data collection, stores only what the demo flows need, and keeps future integrations behind environment-based abstractions.

We collect only the information needed to support the patient and provider demo flows in this MVP, such as consult booking requests, support requests, and optional uploaded images for preview generation.

Patient-facing tools are educational and not diagnostic. Uploads and contact preferences are paired with explicit consent checkboxes in the booking flow.

This MVP does not claim HIPAA compliance. Any production deployment handling regulated data would require a separate compliance, infrastructure, and legal review.
